ACA collaborates with Vincentz Network to expand CoatingsTech with a new digital platform

Product Updates

Washington, D.C., September 8, 2026- The American Coatings Association (ACA) has reached an agreement with Vincentz Network to expand and enhance its Coatings Tech publications through a new digital priority format. Previously, Coatings Tech was produced by ACA in six print editions per year and was equipped with biweekly electronic communication Coatings Tech Direct. According to the new arrangement, the publication will be produced by Vincentz for ACA in the form of an enhanced weekly electronic newsletter with a digital platform. These channels will collectively provide readers with more frequent technical content, industry news, market trends, and opportunities to access emerging research throughout the year. Compared with the previous printing and publishing plan, the new format significantly increases the frequency of interaction, enabling faster transmission of technical insights and industry development. Vincentz is a long-term partner of ACA in paint exhibitions and conferences in the United States, and is also one of the most mature publishing institutions in the paint industry, serving global technical and commercial audiences. ACA President and CEO Michael Johnson stated, “This transformation enables content to be delivered in a more accessible, timely, and industry responsive format, while continuing to advance the association’s broader mission and strategic priorities representing the coatings industry. Readers will benefit from a more timely, accessible, and constantly evolving source of information aimed at keeping up with the pace of today’s coatings industry. Vincentz brings profound publishing expertise, extensive coating knowledge, and a long-term commitment to technological excellence, making them an ideal partner for the next chapter of Coatings Tech. â€Starting from October, Vincentz will represent ACA in producing and distributing this weekly publication, and provide full access to the current CoatingsTech readership. Authors and companies can continue to submit papers and research for publication consideration. Submission inquiries can be sent to editors@coatings-tech.com ACA will continue to distribute its CoatingsTech Direct electronic communication in September to minimize interference and ensure continued access to trusted content as CoatingsTech readers shift towards more timely, accessible, and enhanced experiences. The American Coatings Association (ACA) is a voluntary, non-profit industry association dedicated to advancing the needs of the coatings industry and its practitioners, including manufacturers, raw material suppliers, distributors, and technical professionals.
